How Copergrine EMR pricing works

Copergrine Tele & Health Systems is priced at a flat $229 per provider seat per month for your first six months, then $380 per provider seat per month thereafter. That single price covers every capability — the ambient AI scribe that drafts notes, a built-in clearinghouse and denial-prevention billing, e-prescribing with EPCS, lab and imaging orders, OASIS-E, PDGM, and EVV for home-health agencies, and an encrypted patient portal. There is no separate platform fee, and administrative, billing, nursing, and front-desk staff seats are included at no charge.

The reason switching often saves money isn't the headline seat price alone — it's consolidation. When the scribe, the clearinghouse, the patient-engagement tool, and the EMR are four separate vendors with four invoices, the all-in per-provider cost climbs well past the sticker price of any one of them. This calculator compares your real all-in cost — the figure you enter — against Copergrine's single bundled rate.

Frequently asked questions

How much does the Copergrine EMR cost?

Copergrine is $229 per provider seat per month for your first 6 months, then $380 per provider seat per month. One price covers the AI scribe, billing and clearinghouse, e-prescribing, OASIS-E/PDGM/EVV for home health, and the patient portal — there is no separate platform fee, and admin, billing, nursing, and front-desk seats are free.

How does this savings calculator work?

You enter your current EMR cost per provider per month and your number of provider seats. The calculator multiplies that out and compares it against Copergrine's actual pricing — 6 months at the $229 introductory rate, then the $380 standard rate — to estimate your first-year difference. It makes no assumption about any competitor's price; the comparison uses only the cost you enter.

What should I include in my current EMR cost?

Include your per-seat license plus any modules you pay for separately — ambient AI scribe, billing/RCM, e-prescribing, patient engagement, and clearinghouse fees. Many practices underestimate their all-in cost because these are billed on separate invoices; Copergrine bundles them into the single seat price.

Is the $229 rate available for both telehealth and home-health EMR?

Yes. The same per-seat pricing applies to Copergrine Tele & Health (medical practices) and Copergrine Home Health & Therapy (Medicare-certified agencies). Pricing is per product line, so a clinician licensed in both at the same organization occupies two seats.
