Home Health and Therapy & Behavioral Health are licensed by the Medicare number instead — one unit per CCN or PTAN, and the price steps with the active census on that number rather than with your headcount. Home Health: From $490 per Medicare number (CCN) per month for your first 6 months at 1–15 patients, stepped by active patient census; from $690 per month thereafter. How does this savings calculator work?
You pick your line, enter how many units you license and — on the agency lines — the active census on each Medicare number. The calculator reads the published table for the band that census falls in, applies your 6-month introductory period and the standard rate for the rest of the year, adds the one-time setup fee, and compares the total against the cost you entered. It makes no assumption about any competitor's price; the comparison uses only your figure.

Clinician headcount is not a price input on either agency line; the active census on the Medicare number is.
