Which SNF capabilities are in the build order?+
MDS-driven assessment with CASPER export, PDPM case-mix grouping, interdisciplinary care planning across nursing, PT, OT, SLP, social work and dietary, nurse-to-bed ratio and credential tracking, structured incident reporting for state survey, and 837I institutional claim submission. None of these is available today; this list is the roadmap, not a feature list.
How is a SNF EMR different from a home health EMR?+
The clinical record, the medication list and the claim engine are largely shared. The differences are the assessment instrument (MDS in a facility, OASIS in the home), the case-mix methodology that drives payment (PDPM versus PDGM), the staffing model a facility must document around the clock, and the survey regime — CMS Conditions of Participation for long-term care rather than for home health agencies. Those differences are the work that is outstanding.
Does the shared platform already meet HIPAA and audit requirements?+
Yes — that part is not setting-specific. The platform runs HIPAA-secure infrastructure with role-based access and immutable audit-trail logging, and it is what the home health and therapy lines run on today. It is the SNF assessment, grouping and survey machinery that is not built.
When will skilled nursing be available?+
