- Can I pay with my HSA or FSA?
- Yes — Copergrine accepts HSA and FSA cards for eligible medical expenses, including sick visits, primary and chronic care, medical weight loss, hormone therapy, and telehealth visits. Eligibility depends on your plan; some expenses (such as GLP-1 weight-loss medications) may require a Letter of Medical Necessity, which we can provide on request. Cosmetic and general-wellness services are generally not HSA/FSA-eligible. Check with your plan administrator to confirm your specific service qualifies.

- What should I bring to my first visit?
- A valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), a list of current medications, and any recent lab results. If you have specific goals (weight loss, hormone optimization, etc.), write them down so we can cover everything.
