Copergrine started in 2016 as a Houston-based medical courier service. The premise was simple: deliver specimens, supplies, and medical equipment with the precision and care that healthcare actually demands.
Three connected services, one team culture
Eight years later, that same patient-first philosophy powers two additional divisions. Copergrine Health & Wellness offers a same-day medical clinic, medical weight loss, and hormone therapy — delivered by telehealth to patients across Texas (in-person clinic opening later in 2026). Copergrine Telehealth provides secure virtual visits and the complete provider EMR our clinical team uses for charting, e-prescribing, billing, and patient messaging.
Why we built our own platform
Three service lines, one brand, one team culture. We built our own driver dispatch, our own EMR, and our own integration layer — so the same standards apply whether you're a clinic booking a STAT pickup, a patient walking into our wellness suite, or a provider sending a prescription through telehealth.
The result is a continuous experience for patients and a single source of truth for clinicians. Lab results from a wellness visit show up in the patient portal next to telehealth visit notes. Prescriptions go to accredited pharmacies through industry-leading e-prescribing. Insurance verification happens before the visit, not after.
