Copergrine Price Schedule

This schedule is incorporated by reference into section 25 of the Copergrine Terms of Use. It is archived as published and is not edited after publication: a change to Copergrine pricing is published as a new schedule at a new address, on the notice terms stated in section 25. All figures are per unit per month unless stated otherwise, in US dollars.

Medical Practice EMR

Individual licensing: Licensed per provider seat. One seat per clinician who documents. Each provider account that starts, leads, signs or closes encounters needs its own seat; admin, billing, nursing and front-desk staff are free under your headcount cap. Admin, billing, nursing, and front-desk staff seats are free under your headcount cap.

Group licensing (concurrent clinical licenses)

For medical practices sharing concurrent clinical licenses across locations.

Monthly fee, first 5 concurrent licenses	$2,000 per month in total
Each additional concurrent license	$380 per month

Minimum 5 concurrent licenses. Unlimited locations. Billed monthly, with no introductory rate and no introductory-rate increase. Group licensing is a monthly offer; this schedule publishes no annual Group price.

Accepted schedule protection and cancellation

The Medical Practice EMR pricing a subscriber accepts, including its rates, rate phases and the price of each additional license, is protected for 24 calendar months from the date that protection begins. A confirmed change from Individual to Group licensing starts a new 24-calendar-month period on the date the change takes effect. Adding Group licenses under the same Group schedule keeps the original end date. A change in quantity changes the amount billed at the protected rates.

Protection is not a minimum term or a 24-month commitment, and prices do not increase automatically when the protection period ends. Monthly plans have no minimum term; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

On annual prepayment, a subscriber who cancels is entitled to a prorated refund of unused full months, claimed by submitting a request at app.copergrine.com/support/new and choosing Billing. Scheduling cancellation does not by itself process a refund.

A subscriber’s accepted pricing schedule, including an issued invitation or special terms, prevails over this published schedule.

Home Health

Licensed per Medicare number (CCN). One unit per CMS Certification Number. A multi-branch agency operating under several CCNs licenses one unit per CCN. An agency still working through certification licenses one unit keyed on its NPI. Unlimited clinicians and staff — headcount is not a price input.

Annual prepay	$7,590 per Medicare number (CCN) per year (entry band) — 11 of 12 months billed

Active patients on the CCN: any patient with an open home-health episode or hospice election on the billing date. Each patient counts once. Discharged patients drop off at the next billing cycle.

Therapy & Behavioral Health

Licensed per Medicare enrollment (PTAN). One unit per Medicare enrollment (PTAN) on a Type-2 NPI — rehab agency, CORF/ORF, CMHC, or group practice. A practice still working through enrollment licenses one unit keyed on its NPI. Unlimited clinicians and staff — headcount is not a price input.

Setup fee

A one-time $499 setup fee, charged on the first invoice and waived in full on annual prepay.
